Development of mental health prevention and promotion programs * **Assessment and Diagnosis:** Uses interviews, tests, and observation to identify emotional, cognitive, and behavioral problems. * **Treatment and Intervention:** Applies psychotherapy to address conditions ranging from depression and anxiety to learning or behavioral issues. * **Mental Health Prevention and Promotion:** Develops programs to foster mental health and prevent problems within the community. * **Counseling and Guidance:** Provides advice and guidance to individuals, families, and organizations.
