If you share our vision and wish to join a company driving ecological transformation, we invite you to become part of our team. **Job Description** **Position: Operations Leader** **Location:** Manizales **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Department:** Operations **TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE: $518\.114** **SALARY: $2,380,659** **Role Purpose** Ensure service delivery compliance according to established schedules and defined micro-routes, thereby guaranteeing adherence to the quality standards set for each service component, and verify that assigned personnel fulfill their responsibilities for waste collection and transportation, street and public area sweeping, illegal dumping of construction debris, special services, and CLUS (Urban Cleaning Cost per Subscriber). **Main Responsibilities** * Plan staffing scheduling and allocation for respective micro-routes and required resources. * Properly dispatch routes at the start of the corresponding shift, making necessary vehicle-to-route reassignments via the supervision application prior to departure from base. * Enable closed routes (due to driver error) via the supervision application. * Coordinate with responsible parties regarding issues arising from GPS and mobile device (Telo or Tablet) transmission. * Manage vehicle reassignment due to anomalies identified during pre-operational inspection, documentation review, or maintenance. * Conduct on-site verification of collection route execution (quality and schedule compliance). * Receive alerts from the monitoring center regarding reported events and manage their resolution. * Receive route reports indicating potential schedule non-compliance from the Monitoring Center, manage resolution, and provide feedback to the center. * Respond promptly to requests issued by the monitoring center. * Evaluate shift closure and justify deviations between planned and executed activities. **Requirements** **Education:** Technical, technological, or university degree in administrative fields, engineering, natural resources, environmental sciences, occupational health, logistics, or related disciplines. * Driver's license A2 and C2\. * Motorcycle **Experience:** Minimum 2 years performing supervisory activities involving direct personnel management. **Additional Information** **At Veolia, Our Energy Is Our People.** We believe in the power of talent and the well-being of our teams.
