If you share our vision and wish to join a company driving ecological transformation, we invite you to become part of our team. **Job Description** -------------------------- **Position: Operations Leader** **Location:** Manizales **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Department:** Operations **TRANSPORT ALLOWANCE: $518\.114** **SALARY: $2,380,659** **Role Purpose** Ensure service delivery compliance according to established schedules and defined micro-routes, thereby guaranteeing adherence to the quality standards specified for each service component, and verifying that supervised staff fulfill their responsibilities for collection and transportation, street sweeping and public areas, clandestine dumping of debris, special services, and CLUS (urban cleaning cost per subscriber). **Key Responsibilities** * Plan scheduling and assignment of personnel for respective micro-routes and required resources. * Conduct proper dispatch of routes at the start of the corresponding shift, implementing necessary vehicle-to-route reassignments via the supervision application prior to departure from base. * Enable, via the supervision application, routes erroneously closed by drivers. * Coordinate with responsible parties regarding incidents arising from GPS or mobile device (Telo or Tablet) transmission failures. * Manage vehicle reassignment due to incidents identified during pre-operational inspection, documentation review, or maintenance checks. * Verify field execution of collection routes (quality and route compliance). * Receive alerts from the control center regarding reported events and manage their resolution. * Receive reports from the Monitoring Center on routes with potential schedule non-compliances, manage resolution, and provide feedback to the center. * Respond promptly to requests issued by the control center. * Evaluate shift closure and justify discrepancies between planned and executed activities. **Requirements** -------------- **Education:** Professional degree in Industrial, Environmental, or Logistics Engineering. * Driver’s license A2 and C2\. * Motorcycle **Experience:** Minimum 2 years performing supervision activities involving direct personnel oversight. **Additional Information** ------------------------- **At Veolia, Our Energy Is Our People.** We believe in the power of talent and the well-being of our teams.
