




Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the Center's staff. Organize, coordinate, and supervise human resources functions, family support services, transportation routes, inter-institutional agreements, and all other Center services, ensuring compliance with existing policies and procedures. Ensure the Center’s operational efficiency and optimal utilization of allocated material and human resources. Collaborate and support the development and implementation of new procedures and protocols to optimize processes. Prepare and monitor the Center’s budgets, proposing and implementing improvement measures. Manage and supervise material consumption based on services provided. Prepare monthly reports for all areas required by Management. Monitor users and their families to ensure optimal service quality. Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
