We are currently recruiting Commercial Executives for cold outreach to clients from any city in Colombia. Required Profile Academic Level: Certified high school diploma or higher Experience: Minimum 1 year selling intangible products, cold outreach, retention or loyalty management of intangible products Strong closing skills Stable high-speed internet connection (100% remote position) Availability to work from any city in Colombia Employment Offer 100% remote work—enhancing quality of life. Uncapped commissions per unit sold. Indefinite-term contract directly with Siigo. Base salary: Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMDLV) + uncapped commissions + full statutory benefits (average between COP $3,500,000 and COP $4,000,000) + Guaranteed bonus for the first two months + statutory benefits Working Hours: Colombia: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (44 weekly hours as per law) Mexico: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM (rotating schedule); Saturdays: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (44 weekly hours as per law) Purpose / Function of the Role Contact clients already using Siigo products, identify new needs through consultative strategies, and expand or acquire new services.
