Currently, we are recruiting personnel for the in-person customer service area. · Academic Qualifications Technical or technological degree in administrative or related fields. · Work Experience Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience, performing duties such as user guidance, request management, information handling, and requirement resolution. · Knowledge and Skills Knowledge of customer service and user support processes. Proficiency in office tools and information registration systems. Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and assertively, both verbally and in writing. Capacity to listen, understand, and respond to customer requests. Proper handling of information and accurate registration of cases, requirements, or incidents. Ability to resolve inquiries and follow up on requests. Tolerance for working under pressure and managing difficult situations with customers. · Employment Conditions Contract Type: Permanent Vacation Coverage Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. · Salary and Benefits Current legal minimum wage.
