Provide operational and administrative support to Human Talent Management processes, with special emphasis on selection, wellness, development, and culture, thereby contributing to the proper functioning of the department and the well-being of our employees. This role is ideal for you if you have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection processes, occupational wellness, and support for cross-functional human management processes.
