




Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and analytical professional to manage and grow the brand’s social media presence by creating viral content and fostering community engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and optimize daily content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X. 2. Design growth experiments and coordinate influencer collaborations. 3. Build and manage an active community around the brand. We seek a creative and analytical individual who publishes daily content, grows followers organically, generates virality, and builds an active community around the brand. This person will be responsible for operational execution and proposing growth experiments. **Key Responsibilities** * Publish and schedule content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X according to the editorial calendar. * Create content: scripts, captions, reels, short videos, and graphic assets. * Design growth experiments: challenges, trends, collaborations, UGC, and A/B tests. * Manage community: respond to messages, moderate comments, and encourage conversations. * Identify and coordinate collaborations with micro-influencers and partners. * Monitor metrics and optimize posts based on performance. * Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. **Requirements** * Experience: 1–3 years in social media management * Technical skills: basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush), Canva design, and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later). * Knowledge: viral trends, platform algorithms, and key metrics. * Competencies: creativity, speed, proactivity, analytical ability, and strong written communication. * Portfolio: submit examples of content and 2–3 case studies demonstrating growth or virality. **Salary:** To be agreed upon Employment Type: Full-time
