Job Summary: We are seeking a post-harvest quality inspector for cut flowers, responsible for ensuring customer quality parameters and conducting inspection monitoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensuring quality parameters in shipments 2. Recording post-harvest inspection monitoring 3. Providing ongoing reports to Quality Engineers We are looking for a **post-harvest quality inspector for cut flowers**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensuring customer-required quality parameters in shipments, * Recording post-harvest inspection monitoring * Providing ongoing reports on shipment conditions to Quality Engineers. * Ensuring quality at one or two production centers **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 2 years of experience in the floriculture sector, with knowledge of FLOWERS and post-harvest handling of Carnations, Roses, Alstroemerias, Mini-Carnations, or Lilies * High school diploma, technical certification, or demonstrable experience in flower post-harvest handling. NOT university graduates * Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills, be detail-oriented, and well-organized. * Motorcycle preferred. * Residence in Fuza, Cota, Chia, or Bogotá\- Suba.
