




**THE ROLE:** ***J*** *oin the Genius team helping sportsbooks level up with live data, expert services, and fan\-first experiences that drive global engagement.* As a **Statistician Recruitment \& Training Analyst** , you’ll own the end\-to\-end process that keeps our global statistician network high\-quality and ready for live events. You’ll post and maintain job ads, screen applicants, and conduct interviews; coordinate onboarding with Network Coordinators and set up profiles and access across required platforms. You’ll also develop and maintain training materials, run workshops, coordinate testing and re\-checks of training matches, and monitor compliance with our training and onboarding standards. Using performance data, you’ll analyse the effectiveness of our processes to also drive continuous improvement. **WHAT YOU'LL BRING:** * **Recruitment Operations:** Hands\-on experience posting roles, screening and interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring logistics across regions. * **Training Program Design:** Ability to create, update, and deliver training materials and workshops; coordinate testing and guide statisticians through onboarding. * **Stakeholder Communication:** Excellent English and interpersonal skills; clear, proactive coordination with Network Coordinators and cross\-functional teams. * **Data \& Reporting:** Strong data management and MS Office proficiency (e.g., Excel/PowerPoint); comfortable tracking training metrics and producing reports. * **Process \& Compliance:** Methodical approach to standardise procedures, monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvements across the network. * **Organisation \& Resilience:** Highly organised, self\-motivated, and efficient; able to manage multiple workstreams, work under pressure, and hit deadlines. * **Sports Knowledge:** Working knowledge of Football, Basketball, Volleyball, and other major sports to inform recruitment screens and training quality. **IT WILL BE A BONUS IF YOU KNOW:** * Experience with an ATS *We enjoy an ‘office\-first’ culture and maximize opportunities to collaborate, connect and learn together.
