Provides technical support during technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations, and offers products, solutions, and services. * Performs analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs. Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries. Prepares/supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications, and Sales organization directives.
