You will set effective ways of working, prototype scalable solutions, and help enable growth toward multiple AI\-native teams—apply to help shape what comes next. **Responsibilities** * Lead experimentation with AI\-driven engineering approaches to improve insurance business workflows * Identify automation opportunities with client stakeholders and delivery teams * Design scalable solutions using engineering frameworks, reusable components, and best practices * Build rapid prototypes to validate new approaches before broader implementation * Evaluate new tools and technologies and recommend adoption paths * Coordinate effective ways of working for AI\-enabled teams within the client environment * Drive delivery standards that support scaling the engagement to multiple AI\-native teams * Ensure CI/CD practices support fast, safe iteration and release * Document proven practices and enable reuse across teams **Requirements** * 7\+ years of AI engineering experience * Experience building AI agents for business workflows * Experience applying GenAI to improve SDLC efficiency * Leadership experience operating as a chief\-level technical owner in client\-embedded teams * Strong software engineering background * Modern frameworks and development practices expertise * CI/CD expertise for reliable delivery and iteration * Strong stakeholder collaboration skills with client and delivery teams * Strong problem\-solving skills and structured experimentation mindset * Upper\-Intermediate English skills (B2, Upper\-Intermediate) **Nice to have** * LangChain experience * Node.js frameworks experience * Spring framework experience
