




Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Human Talent Assistant to provide operational support in Human Management, ensuring proper handling of payroll, social security, and document administration. We are looking for a committed, organized, and detail-oriented **Human Talent Assistant**, who provides operational support in the Human Management area, ensuring proper handling of payroll, social security, legal affiliations, and personnel document administration, in compliance with current labor regulations. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Register and manage updates for biweekly payroll processing. * Verify, correct, and follow up on inconsistencies related to social security payments. * Draft individual employment contracts and manage their supporting documentation. * Request, validate, and manage documents required for employee affiliation to EPS (Health Promotion Entities), ARL (Labor Risk Administrators), pension funds, severance funds, and compensation funds. * Issue labor certificates when required. * Upload disability leave records, timesheets, and other supporting documents into the payroll software. * Manage data upload to the **Online Contributions** platform for social security calculation and payment. * Support the execution of occupational welfare activities. * Administer and maintain updated physical and digital personnel files. * Support other tasks assigned by the Human Talent Leader. Job Requirements **Academic Qualifications** * Technician in Administrative Management, Human Talent Management, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum **1 year of experience** in operational or assistant roles within the Human Talent or Human Management area. **Technical Knowledge** * Payroll processes and update management. * Social security and social benefits calculation. * Affiliations and withdrawals from the social security system. * Management of occupational disability cases. * Payroll software proficiency. * Knowledge and use of social security payment platforms (Online Contributions). * Personnel file and document management.
