An industrial sector company is seeking an **Assembly and Welding Operator**, responsible for executing the **entire manufacturing process**, including **assembly, welding, and polishing/finishing** of metal parts made from **stainless steel and carbon steel**, in compliance with **quality, safety, and productivity standards**, and actively collaborating with other production departments to ensure achievement of operational objectives and established deadlines. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Assemble and join metal parts. * Perform welding using MIG, TIG, and SMAW processes as required. * Prepare materials and joints (cleaning, alignment, tack welding). * Carry out polishing, grinding, and final finishing of parts. * Conduct visual inspection of parts before and after the welding process. * Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets. * Strictly comply with occupational safety and hygiene regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum **2 years of certified experience** in welding. * Knowledge and experience in welding processes: MIG / MAG, TIG, SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding). * Experience welding stainless steel and carbon steel. * Ability to interpret drawings, designs, and technical specifications. * Proficiency in using hand tools and bench tools. * Knowledge of and ability to apply industrial quality and safety standards.
