· Execute and comply with the maintenance schedule established by the immediate supervisor. · Conduct monthly inventory and control of spare parts under your responsibility. · Promote, within the organization and with your work team, compliance with the company’s policy, objectives, goals, and programs. · Perform daily rounds of the facilities to ensure machines are powered off. If any machine remains on, proceed according to established procedures. · Actively participate in activities proposed for maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s processes. · Comply with procedures established by COVESA LAB SAS. · Fulfill the functions and responsibilities of the position. · Contribute, through performance of position-related activities, to achieving the company’s Quality objectives, goals, and programs. · Comply with applicable environmental, occupational safety and health legal requirements, and other requirements to which COVESA LAB S.A.S. is committed. · Carry out external assignments for the company as instructed by the Operations Director. · Properly document and submit expenses incurred from repairs using the allocated funds. · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the following equipment: · Boiler: Valve inspection and adjustment, duct cleaning, pressure and temperature monitoring · Pneumatic packaging machines: Cylinder and valve inspection, component lubrication, seal and dosing verification · Steam kettles: Connection check, thermostat calibration, residue cleaning · Homogenizing mixer: Blade adjustment, speed verification, bearing lubrication · Sachet packaging machines: Blade inspection, sensor calibration, mechanical adjustments · Wastewater treatment plant: Filtration system supervision, pump maintenance, water quality monitoring · Facility repairs: Basic infrastructure, lighting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and welding at the plant · Detect and report equipment failures, proposing solutions to minimize downtime. · Maintain up-to-date records of performed maintenance activities. · Comply with safety protocols and environmental regulations while performing duties. · Support installation and commissioning of new equipment. · Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations. · Keep equipment logbooks and machine life-history records current. · Keep the work area clean after completing tasks.
