Teamwork and attention to detail **Job Description:** At Polaroma, we are seeking a **Mixing Operator** responsible for the correct preparation and mixing of raw materials, ensuring compliance with established formulas, quality standards, and safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and mix raw materials according to established formulas. * Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently. * Verify weights, measurements, and mixing times. * Fill and label containers. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Record processes and report any deviations or failures in the process. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a mixing operator or in similar positions (preferred). * Basic knowledge of production processes and handling of raw materials. * Ability to follow instructions and work with precision. * Responsibility, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
