Their main objective is to efficiently carry out all operational activities related to product receipt, storage, preparation, dispatch, and inventory. This role requires high attention to detail to ensure an efficient operational flow. * Carry out the assigned activities for each of the receipt, preparation, inventory, and dispatch processes. * Execute product handling according to the process, verifying location upon shelf entry and exit. * Handle products during selection, packaging, and distribution for subsequent dispatch. * Conduct warehouse inventories by counting products and reporting discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy. * Report any operational issues to the team leader or supervisor. * Correctly use assigned technological equipment (radiofrequency devices and other equipment). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the Distribution Center, ensuring products are organized and the area is free of waste. * Report incidents and risks within the workstation or assigned area. * Comply with company-established standards, policies, regulations, and procedures. * Perform other duties assigned by the Team Leaders and/or Supervisors within their scope of responsibility. **About Skechers** Skechers, a global Fortune 500® company, designs and markets a wide range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
