Job Summary: Coordinate operational activities related to product receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory, with high attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch operations for products. 2. Conduct inventories to ensure stock accuracy. 3. Maintain order and cleanliness at the Distribution Center. Your primary objective is to efficiently carry out all operational activities related to product receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory. This role requires high attention to detail to ensure efficient operational flow. * Perform assigned tasks for each process: receiving, picking, inventory, and dispatch. * Handle products according to established procedures; verify shelf location upon product entry and exit. * Handle products during picking, packaging, and distribution processes prior to dispatch. * Conduct warehouse inventories by counting products and reporting discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy. * Report any operational issues to the team leader or supervisor. * Properly use assigned technological equipment (RF scanners and other devices). * Maintain order and cleanliness at the Distribution Center, ensuring products are properly organized and the area is free of waste. * Report incidents and hazards occurring at the workstation or within the assigned area. * Comply with company-established rules, policies, regulations, and procedures. * Perform other duties assigned by the Team Leaders and/or Supervisors within the scope of your responsibilities. **About Skechers** Skechers, a global Fortune 500® company, designs and markets a wide range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
