Maintain order and cleanliness at the Distribution Center Your primary objective is to efficiently perform all operational activities associated with product receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory. This role requires high attention to detail to ensure efficient operational flow. * Perform assigned tasks for each of the receiving, picking, inventory, and dispatch processes. * Handle products according to established procedures, verifying shelf location upon entry and exit. * Handle products during selection, packaging, and distribution for subsequent dispatch. * Conduct warehouse inventories by counting products and reporting discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy. * Report any operational issues to the team leader or supervisor. * Correctly use assigned technological equipment (RF scanners and other devices). * Maintain order and cleanliness at the Distribution Center, ensuring products are properly organized and the area is free of waste. * Report incidents and hazards occurring within the workstation or assigned area. * Comply with company-established standards, policies, regulations, and procedures. * Perform other duties assigned by the Team Leaders and/or Supervisors within their scope of responsibility. **About Skechers** Skechers, a global Fortune 500® company, designs and markets a wide range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
