Job Summary: Professional responsible for handling, portioning, and packaging meat, ensuring high hygiene standards and equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Precise meat handling according to customer and company requirements 2. Rigorous maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness in the work area 3. Collaboration across various production areas and other assigned duties \* Slice, mince, and debone meat according to customer requirements and company specifications. \* Portion and weigh products in accordance with established standards. \* Separate customer orders, ensuring accuracy in weight and presentation. \* Vacuum-pack products, guaranteeing proper sealing and labeling. \* Verify quantities of specific supplies required for the job (vacuum bags) and report any need for replenishment. \* Clean and disinfect the work area in accordance with hygiene and sanitation procedures. \* Maintain equipment and tools in optimal conditions of cleanliness and functionality. \* Collaborate in other production areas as required by the supervisor. \* Keep cutting tools sharp and in good condition. \* Clean and disinfect the production zone in accordance with hygiene protocols. \* Keep the work area free of waste and organized for efficient operation \* and other duties assigned, provided they do not compromise physical integrity.
