





**Position Purpose** Ensure the proper accounting, financial, and tax management of the company by timely, reliable recording in accordance with current legal regulations of all economic transactions, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and proper accounting support for construction projects executed by the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead, control, and execute the company's accounting processes in accordance with **IFRS for SMEs** and current tax regulations. * Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Supervise the accurate accrual, reconciliation, and closing of accounting accounts. * Ensure timely and accurate filing of national and municipal tax declarations (VAT, income withholding, ICA, income tax, etc.). * Coordinate the accounting consolidation of ongoing construction projects, verifying the correct allocation of costs and expenses. * Review and approve accounting support reports, payroll, cash, banking, and supplier records. * Support the preparation of the general budget and projected cash flow in coordination with management. * Prepare financial reports for regulatory bodies, financial institutions, internal auditor, and external audit. * Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and established procedures. * Lead the accounting closing process and support audit procedures. * Supervise the accounting team and ensure their professional development and achievement of objectives. **Professional Profile Required** **Academic Background:** * Degree in **Public Accounting**, with active professional license. * Desirable postgraduate specialization in **Finance, External Audit, or Financial Management**. **Technical Knowledge:** * International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS for SMEs). * Colombian tax and labor legislation. * Proficiency in accounting software (World Office, SIESA, HELISA, or similar). * Advanced Excel and office tools. * Knowledge of budgetary control, withholding taxes, electronic invoicing, and reporting to DIAN (magnetic media, electronic payroll, etc.). **Personal and Professional Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Professional ethics and information confidentiality. * Responsibility, commitment, and reliability. * Assertive communication and teamwork. * Analytical skills and decision-making ability.
