




Position Summary: A prominent security company is seeking an Operations Director with experience in documentation preparation, operational visits and security follow-up, as well as management of customer Requests, Complaints, and Claims (RCC). A leading security sector company with 23 years in the market requires adding to its team an Operations Director with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in preparing documentation such as: security studies, specific instructions, security recommendations, etc., for each assigned site, according to established timelines. Conduct operational visits to each assigned client to monitor each site at the required frequency or whenever circumstances warrant. Fulfill and/or implement security commitments and/or recommendations derived from the security study and/or issued during operational visits; likewise, generate new recommendations issued quarterly by supervisors. Prepare reports, forms, and documents supporting executed activities. Provide timely responses to customer Requests, Complaints, and Claims. Submit reports detailing activities performed and commitments undertaken with assigned sites. Must hold a Consultant Credential issued by Supervigilancia.
