Requirements Technical or Technological degree in Electromechanics, Refrigeration, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment. Knowledge of refrigeration systems, cold rooms, and air conditioning units. Knowledge of electricity, mechanics, and electromechanics. Valid CONTE card is desirable. Valid driver's license is desirable. Willingness to travel between different locations within the city. Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial kitchen equipment. Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Verify proper operation of electrical and electromechanical equipment. Complete forms, work orders, and maintenance reports. Respond to technical requests from various operational sites. Ensure compliance with industrial safety and quality standards. Working Conditions Direct employment contract with the company. Work at various locations across the city. Bi-weekly payments on the 10th and 25th of each month. Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
