Receive, store, and dispatch coffee originating from sourcing points, internal warehouses, suppliers, and customers, adhering to guidelines for good storage practices, safety, and food safety, ensuring optimal traceability for conventional, sustainable, and various certified coffees. 2. Record and control receipts, inventories, internal movements, and dispatches in the XBS system. 3. Carry out respective inventory adjustments timely and accurately via email and documentation (Format: “ADJUSTMENTS DUE TO SHRINKAGE OR QUALITY CHANGE”). 4. Report any inconsistencies identified during IN and OUT transfers to the Control Team (Col-Control) in cases of weight variances exceeding ±70 Kg, or to the Food Safety Leader in cases involving evidence of cargo manipulation or food safety issues. 5. Participate in periodic inventories designated by Internal Control (once per month), through preparation and submission of consolidated deliverables (Layout Map with information, Inventory Minutes, and XBS system – Current Stock). 6. Manage delivery of coffee specified in Production Orders in an optimal manner regarding both quality and quantity (consistency with the related silo). 7. Participate in implementing improvements and corrective/preventive actions to ensure safe, wholesome handling and custody of raw materials and finished products, and mitigate unjustified or tolerance-exceeding losses (justifications based on measurement equipment error margins, moisture variations, and physical sampling of volume). 8. Execute and monitor supplier or procurement-related activities via purchase requisitions and their corresponding certificates (inputs or services), enabling procurement to track and manage payments. **Requirements** Knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, distribution, and Good Storage Practices (GSP) * Knowledge of coffee grades and qualities * Supervisory experience over operational staff * Knowledge of coffee production, harvesting, processing, marketing, industrialization, and consumption **Additional Information** Education: University graduate (preferably Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator, or related engineering disciplines with industrial process focus); experience in warehousing and logistics preferred. Experience: 4 years in supervisory roles, with demonstrated experience in production processes, process improvement, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), and product food safety.
