




Position Summary: A strategic partner who drives brand growth and sustainability by developing commercial strategies, negotiating with new brands, and generating value for the shopping center. Leads negotiation and onboarding of high-impact new brands. **ROLE:** Serve as a strategic commercial partner, driving brand growth and sustainability through comprehensive management based on commercial data analysis, ongoing brand support, and identification of opportunities to increase foot traffic, sales, and visitor experience. Additionally, develop strategies for marketing advertising spaces within the shopping center, generating value for brands and new revenue streams. Lead negotiation, attraction, and onboarding of new brands—particularly high-impact ones—that strengthen the commercial offering, diversify the product mix, and position the shopping center as an attractive destination for customers and commercial partners. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:** Professional degree in commercial fields, Market Engineering, Commercial Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines. **ADDITIONAL TRAINING:** Diploma or specialization in Commercial Management, Commercial Analytics or Business Intelligence (preferred but not mandatory). Data analysis and intermediate Excel proficiency. **CONTRACT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract for 6 months, renewable. **SALARY:** To be agreed upon. **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM–12 PM and 2–6 PM; Saturday, either 8 AM–12 PM or 2–6 PM depending on shopping center campaigns and/or events; plus availability to support event logistics on Sundays. **EXPERIENCE:** 2–3 years of experience required, including: * Commercial management, relationship building, and ongoing support for brands or commercial clients, aimed at strengthening their sales performance and customer service. * Analysis of commercial KPIs (sales, foot traffic, conversion rate, average transaction value, or other commercial metrics). * Design and implementation of commercial and marketing strategies to boost foot traffic and sales. * Management and marketing of advertising spaces or commercial activations within retail establishments. * Negotiation and attraction of new brands or commercial partners. * Monitoring and tracking sales performance of stores or brands, identifying improvement and growth opportunities. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Provide ongoing support to brands or commercial establishments, offering advisory services and performance monitoring to identify needs, improvement opportunities, and strengthen sales results and customer service. 2. Analyze and monitor commercial KPIs (sales, foot traffic, average transaction value, conversion rate, or others), identifying improvement opportunities and proposing actions to drive brand growth. 3. Design and implement commercial strategies to increase visitor foot traffic, sales, and the shopping center’s positioning. 4. Promote continuous improvement of customer service across commercial establishments, guiding brands in implementing best practices for customer interaction and visitor experience. 5. Manage marketing of advertising and promotional spaces within the shopping center, generating visibility and brand activation opportunities. 6. Identify, attract, and negotiate onboarding of new brands—especially those that strengthen the commercial mix and add value to the shopping center’s offering. 7. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and administration teams to execute commercial campaigns, activations, and events that enhance visitor experience and energize the shopping center’s dynamics. 8. Prepare management reports and commercial reports, presenting results, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations. 9. Foster trust-based, collaborative relationships with merchants, promoting initiatives that strengthen brand competitiveness and sustainability. 10. Ensure adherence to commercial strategies defined by management, contributing to the shopping center’s growth and positioning. 11. Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, consistent with the role and nature of the position.
