E.S.P.**, a leading company in telecommunications solutions and corporate communication services, we are looking for a highly skilled **Infrastructure Engineer** to strengthen our technical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operation, stability, security, and continuity of the company’s technological and power infrastructure, as well as providing specialized technical support to internal and external clients. Responsibilities **1. Networks** * Design, implement, optimize, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure. * Configure and manage **MikroTik (RouterOS)** equipment, including documentation and topology diagramming. * Monitor connectivity and manage incidents, coordinating with vendors to ensure operational continuity. **2. Power** * Plan, install, and maintain robust and redundant electrical systems (UPS, generators, backup systems). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitor energy consumption and ensure service availability. **3. Service Monitoring** * Monitor the operation of data centers, networks, and systems. * Coordinate scheduled maintenance activities. * Document technical activities and lead service and functionality testing. **4. Provisioning and Technical Support** * Provide second-level technical support and manage escalated requests. * Configure new services. * Support pre-sales processes and provide technical advisory alongside the commercial team. Required Knowledge and Skills * Configuration, administration, and optimization of **MikroTik (RouterOS)**. * Routing and switching protocols: **BGP, VLAN, STP**. * Networking protocols: **TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, QoS**. * Network monitoring and diagnostics. * Technical documentation and topology diagramming. * Operation and maintenance of **UPS, generators, and power backup systems**. * Energy consumption monitoring and alarm management. * Voice protocols: **SIP, RTP/RTCP, SDP**. * Configuration and administration of **IP PBX (preferably Asterisk)**. Education and Experience * Degree or technical degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in similar roles. * Certifications in networking, power systems, or VoIP are desirable.
