**Position Purpose** Lead and coordinate human resources management processes, ensuring efficient administration of payroll, social security, health and safety at work, hiring, selection and talent development. This role contributes to strengthening the work environment, regulatory compliance, and organizational development. **Main Responsibilities** * **Payroll administration:** Coordinate the complete payroll processing cycle, including changes, social benefits, and electronic payroll generation. * **Social security:** Manage enrollment, updates, and timely reporting on social security platforms (EPS, ARL, AFP, CCF). * **Hiring:** Prepare, review, and monitor employment contracts and other documents related to employment relationships. * **Personnel selection:** Coordinate recruitment processes, interviews, assessments, and hiring of candidates according to required profiles. * **Personnel management:** Support and advise on workplace relations, organizational climate, training, development, and performance management. * **Occupational health and safety (OHS):** Implement and monitor the OHS Management System, ensuring compliance with regulations. * **Management systems:** Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of integrated management systems as they relate to human talent. * **HR administrative processes:** Ensure proper document management and archiving of employment records, certifications, and reports. * **Internal advisory:** Provide support to management and other departments on labor, legal, and human talent management matters. * **Legal compliance:** Ensure compliance with current labor legislation and the application of internal organizational policies.
