We are currently seeking a: **Senior Payroll Analyst** ### **Responsibilities** **Your impact on our team:** Ensure accurate payroll calculation, accounting, and reporting for the company, guaranteeing compliance with current labor regulations and internal guidelines through proper use of the **SARA ERP system** and information analysis tools. **What will you do in this role?** * Payroll implementation in SARA * Execute the entire payroll process. * Payroll calculation (overtime, surcharges, medical leaves, other leaves, vacations, final settlements). * Perform payroll-related accounting provisions and reconciliations. * Generate management reports and indicators. * Ensure timely payment of social security contributions and other labor obligations. ### **Requirements** **The experience we seek:** * Degree in Financial Administration, Public Accounting, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the agro-industrial sector. * Knowledge of Piece-rate Payment systems. * Proven experience in payroll management * Experience with the SARA system (payroll module preferred). * Must reside in Pereira.
