Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality and Production Engineer with experience in the metal-mechanical sector to establish and coordinate work plans and ensure quality problem management. Opportunity at a metal-mechanical sector factory A prominent metal-mechanical sector factory located in Ciudad Salitre requires a \*QUALITY AND PRODUCTION ENGINEER\* for incorporation into the team, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in activities related to this position within a metal-mechanical company. \*REQUIREMENTS:\* Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \*FUNCTIONS:\* 1\. Establish, coordinate, and monitor all work plans for machinery and equipment maintenance records, production planning and control, and updating of quality department documentation. 2\. Ensure quality problem management in accordance with the QMS requirements, applying the 8D methodology. \*SALARY:\* $2,200,000 \+ 249,095 Transportation Allowance \+ All statutory benefits – Biweekly payments. \*WORK HOURS:\* Monday to Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – PROJECT-BASED CONTRACT.
