Implementation of good environmental practices Fundación Hogares Claret requires a professional to join its team to provide support services for the management of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, and Information Security. **Academic Level:** Technician, technologist or professional with certified knowledge in quality processes and quality management. **Training:** Colombian regulations (environmental, national road safety strategic plan, and occupational safety and health), Quality Management System, Occupational Safety and Health Management System, Office software proficiency—especially Excel. **Experience:** 12 months of experience in Quality Management Systems. **Contract Type:** Project-based or service contract. **Salary:** $1,750,905 + transportation allowance. Paid monthly. **Work Location:** Cra 11 bis # 2 - 10 POPULAR MODELO / Pereira - Risaralda. **Responsibilities:** **1.** Communicate to the work team the activities defined in the contract, basic information (Mission, Vision, Principles, Strategic Objectives, and Policies of the Integrated Management System – SIG), as well as disseminate relevant documents (technical guidelines, manuals, procedures, guides, templates, etc.) necessary for service operations. **2.** Propose, implement, improve, and monitor the entity’s integrated management system for the service. **3.** Coordinate the design, documentation, and implementation of processes and procedures to comply with the Integrated Management System for Quality, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, and Information Security. **4.** Disseminate the ICBF’s Occupational Health and Safety Policy, in accordance with the execution of the contract’s purpose or agreement. **5.** Ensure identification of hazards, risk assessment, and determination of controls—properly documented—within the framework of occupational safety and health during contract execution. **6.** Comply with the environmental policy by implementing good environmental practices related to water, energy, and paper conservation and efficient use, and waste management. **7.** Certify compliance, monitoring, and review of matters related to information security, as stipulated by current internal regulations, in accordance with the execution of the contract’s purpose. **8.** Prepare reports for the supervisor whenever security incidents occur affecting the availability, integrity, and/or confidentiality of ICBF information, within the scope of contract execution. **9.** Ensure induction of the work team employed during contract execution on information security matters. **10.** Perform any other duties inherent to the position assigned by the immediate supervisor.
