Minimum 3 years’ experience in the food industry. Knowledge of INVIMA, GMP, HACCP, and applicable ISO standards. Experience in process mapping, documentation, and verification. Support and coordination with the OSH Management System (SG-SST). Management of internal and external audits and quality indicators. Key Responsibilities Verify and ensure compliance with sanitary and quality regulations. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System. Control and verify quality in raw materials, processes, and finished products. Document processes, manage non-conformities, and improvement plans. Support sanitary audits and inspections.
