Knowledge of INVIMA, GMP, HACCP, and applicable ISO standards. Experience in process mapping, documentation, and verification. Support and coordination with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST). Management of internal and external audits and quality indicators. Key Responsibilities Verify and ensure compliance with sanitary and quality regulations. Maintain and improve the Quality Management System. Control and verify quality of raw materials, production processes, and finished products. Document processes, manage non-conformities, and implement improvement plans. Support sanitary audits and inspections.
