Monitor petty cash assigned to various departments and conduct quarterly cash counts. 3\. Represent departmental authorities in meetings related to the assigned department. 4\. Assign and supervise tasks for personnel under supervision. 5\. Submit periodic management and follow-up reports to departments reporting to the area, covering commercial and operational management of the main office and its branches under supervision. 6\. Respond to requests and requirements from internal and external customers with accurate and reconciled responses. 7\. Ensure the existence and safekeeping of supplier invoices according to directives or regulations. 8\.
