We are currently seeking an: **Agricultural Operations Manager – Colombia** **Your impact on our team:** You will technically lead the management of avocado crop phytosanitary health and nutrition within our Colombian agricultural operation, providing direction to Farm Managers and contributing to achieving the business’s productive, quality, and efficiency goals. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead the technical management of avocado crop phytosanitary health and nutrition. * Design, implement, and monitor phytosanitary programs and plant nutrition plans. * Provide technical support to Farm Managers and ensure proper execution of agronomic strategies. * Monitor technical crop indicators and identify field improvement opportunities. * Coordinate actions contributing to achieving the operation’s productive and quality objectives. ### **Requirements** * Degree in **Agricultural Engineering**. * Master’s degree in fields related to Agronomy, Plant Health, Physiology, Plant Nutrition, or Agricultural Management. * **Minimum 5 years of experience** leading agricultural operations, preferably in avocado cultivation. * Experience in **plant health, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and plant nutrition**. * Experience managing large-scale agricultural operations, with responsibility for at least **500 hectares**. * Valid driver’s license and availability for frequent travel between various agricultural operations across Colombia. * **Work modality:** 100% on-site. * **Location:** Colombia.
