DESCRIPTION Execute strategic projects within plant operations, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards aligned with business objectives. REQUIREMENTS ### **Education:** * Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, or Production Engineering, or related fields. * PMP certification or equivalent is desirable. ### **Experience:** * 7+ years of experience in industrial operations. * 5+ years leading projects in plant environments. * Experience in CAPEX management and process optimization. * Experience leading operational teams. ### **Technical Knowledge:** * Project management (PMI / PMBOK). * Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma. * Budgetary control and financial analysis. * ERP (SAP) experience is desirable.
