KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP: Serve as the main TECH Finance contact for LAM countries and work closely with the regional FP\&A team. * DECISION SUPPORT: Strengthen decision\-making by bringing transparency to OPEX and CAPEX through budgeting, forecasting, and business case development. * FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: + Oversee cost objects and support owners with planning, posting, investments, and compliance. + Execute month\-end closing for OPEX and CAPEX in line with IFRS standards. + Manage intangible assets to ensure accurate Net Book Value and amortization. * BUSINESS CASE EXCELLENCE: Build and review investment cases, ensure data accuracy, and perform post\-implementation reviews to capture key learnings. * ANALYTICS \& REPORTING: Create clear communication materials, use advanced analytical tools, and manage standardized reports as well as ad\-hoc analysis. * CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Identify opportunities through variance analysis, improve processes and systems, and ensure alignment with global cost definitions and accounting rules. * PROJECT LEADERSHIP: Lead small to medium finance projects, drive implementation, and ensure sustainable impact. * OPERATIONAL OWNERSHIP: Maintain smooth daily operations by managing related systems, processes, and ways of working. QUALIFICATIONS * EDUCATION: University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, International Management, or Economics. * EXPERIENCE: 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance, with strong skills in financial analysis, controlling, and business partnering. * PERFORMANCE: Demonstrated strong academic and professional performance, with a track record of commitment and results.
