At Megalinea, we are looking for Commercial Advisors for our Telco and Crediconvenios business lines, working with nationally recognized brands. What will you do? Telco Line: Placement of credit cards and insurance products at telecommunications sector sales points. Crediconvenios Line: Placement of unsecured loans at large retail chains such as Éxito, Alkosto, and strategic partners (e.g., academies, health centers, dealerships, among others). Requirements: Education level: High school diploma, technical, technological, or university degree. Field of study: Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. Experience: No prior experience required. Knowledge in the following areas is valued: - Store-to-store or door-to-door sales - Retail, point-of-sale, or external sales - Intangible products (insurance, credit cards, loans, motorcycles, etc.) Working Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Saturday (occasional Sundays due to sector activity) Compensation: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMLV) + statutory benefits + uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses Overtime and Sunday pay as applicable. Commercial Partners: Telco: Claro, Tigo, Wom, Movistar Crediconvenios: Éxito, Alkosto, dealerships, academies, mattress stores, health centers, among others.
