Profile Systems Engineer with over 2 years of experience in administration, support, and management of technological infrastructure. Specialist in third-level support, capable of coordinating and ensuring the proper operation of technical support levels, guaranteeing service continuity and efficiency of technological processes. Experience in configuration and administration of networks (Layer 3 switches, VLANs, QoS, subnets), virtualization (VMware), IP telephony systems (Asterisk, Elastix), and corporate platforms. Competent in server management, advanced databases, firewalls, remote desktops, and contingency plans. Knowledge of current regulations, including Circulars 048 and 052 issued by the Financial Superintendency of Colombia. A leader with assertive communication, emotional intelligence, and results orientation, committed to information security and continuous improvement. Requirements Systems Engineer with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Possession of a professional license. Proficiency in network administration and configuration, and VMware virtualization. Experience with IP telephony systems (Asterisk, Elastix). Knowledge of server management, databases, firewalls, and continuity plans. Familiarity with information security regulations (Circulars 048 and 052). Leadership skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
