Mentor, coach, and share knowledge within the team At CRG we are looking for a Citrix Lead Systems Engineer who will lead and support the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops/DaaS platform to provide delivery of virtual business applications, virtual desktop workspace and published resources to support a secure business environment that is accessible to our customers anywhere. They are also responsible for delivery of non\-Citrix workloads through the Netscaler application delivery controller. Requirements: * BS/BA in a related discipline. Education may be substituted on a year\-for\-year basis with directly related work experience. * Minimum 8\-10 years of Enterprise experience, 10 years preferred, architecting, designing, implementing and supporting Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Netscaler Gateway and Netscaler Load Balancing. * Minimum 3\-5 years in a senior and/or team lead role. * Works well across multiple IT and application teams. * Mentors, coaches, share knowledge and delegates with other team members throughout the organization. * Strong datacenter infrastructure disciplines, including Virtualization, Active Directory, DNS, TCP/IP Networking, PKI/SSL and Windows Server operating systems and debugging. * Can work independently with limited instructions and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Can articulate complex problems to non\-technical personnel or leadership. * Strong understanding of Profile Management required, experience delivering user personalization using FSLogix, Ivanti UWM or AppSense Environment Manager preferred. * Strong understanding of Printer delivery and driver management capabilities required. * Experience with delivering Citrix solutions in Citrix or Azure cloud, or delivering desktops using Azure Virtual Desktop a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: * Creates and updates documentation and runbooks for the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop and Citrix ADC environments. Creates and updates Service Desk documentation as needed. * Follows prescribed policies for change management and service level agreements for incidents and service requests. * Implements and maintains Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix ADC (including Citrix Gateway) in an Enterprise setting, including High Availability, Global Site Load Balancing and Disaster Recovery solutions. * Monitors Citrix platform components to ensure optimal performance and forecasts capacity requirements to accommodate performance and growth needs. * Creates and maintains performance baselines to ensure compliance with business ley performance indicator metrics. * Performs troubleshooting and root cause analysis to address performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues that affect Citrix infrastructure and/or published business applications. * Implements, configures, and updates business applications delivered using Citrix platform, ensuring new applications meet compatibility, security and performance requirements. * Identifies areas of process improvement and areas where automation will eliminate manual repeatable work. Familiar and proficient with Powershell scripting and programming with REST APIs. * Implements, configures, and updates Citrix ADC, including system configuration, AAA authentication protocols such as LDAP and SAML, routing configurations, Layer 2 and Layer 3 connectivity and firewall segmentation. * Implements, configures and updates load balanced virtual servers and understand various load balanced protocols such as TCP, HTTP and SSL. * Implements, maintains, and renews SSL certificates using a variety of tools, such as OpenSSL, when needed.
