At Clínicas Odontológicas Sonría, we want to bring on board a professional who will lead operational and technological projects, ensuring efficient execution aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead project execution (scope, timelines, and budget). Coordinate internal teams and manage suppliers. Monitor, control, and report on project progress. Gather functional requirements. Coordinate and validate testing. Manage changes, incidents, and closure of operational/technological gaps. Document and present project outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in project management. Knowledge of PMI, Agile, Lean, or Kanban methodologies. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday, or MS Project. Experience implementing technological solutions.
