We are looking for IT SUPPORT L1 for our Colombia office. **Education:** Graduate of technical, technological and/or professional programs in computer science, systems, telecommunications or related fields. **Years and area of experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in similar technical support or help desk roles. **Competencies:** * Databases * IT Processes * Software and Hardware Maintenance * ITIL (desirable) * Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, IP addressing, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewall concepts, structured cabling, and network connectivity. **Purpose of the position:** Provide first-level technical support to internal users, ensuring continuity and proper functioning of the technological infrastructure. **Main responsibilities:** a) Reporting and monitoring service tracking. b) Preventive and corrective maintenance of physical and logical equipment. c) Updating and controlling inventory of applications, equipment, licenses, servers, and network diagrams. d) Secure data erasure. e) Performance indicator measurements. f) Equipment labeling and configuration. g) Support and resolution of network connectivity incidents (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN). h) Basic troubleshooting of switches, routers, and access points. i) On-site and remote support for internal users. j) Timely escalation of incidents to higher levels when appropriate.
