Based in Bogotá, we guide customers through their cloud journey, ensuring seamless onboarding and operational excellence in Azure environments. We collaborate globally to optimize cloud platforms and drive digital transformation. **Summary of the role:** ------------------------ You’ll be the trusted advisor for customers moving to Azure, guiding them through onboarding, automation, and optimization. You’ll ensure cloud solutions are secure, efficient, and compliant, while supporting innovation and continuous improvement. **In this role you’ll:** ------------------------ * Guide customers to onboard and run efficiently in Azure cloud environments. * Implement, maintain, and document cloud platform solutions using Terraform automation. * Serve as the point of contact for Landing Zone, IaaS, and PaaS administration. * Support, identity and access management for Windows and Linux environments. * Advise on cloud best practices, including FinOps, tagging, and compliance. * Audit customer infrastructure and recommend improvements for cloud migration. * Use DevOps tools (Terraform, GitHub, ServiceNow) to automate and optimize processes. * Provide expertise on Amadeus Unified Definition (AUD) and cloud offerings (PaaS, DBaaS, VMaaS, Azure Managed Services, AIaaS). * Support incident and request management via ServiceNow. **About the ideal candidate:** ------------------------------ * 5–10 years of experience in a similar business or cloud engineering role. * Strong knowledge of Azure, RedHat Linux, Windows, and automation tools (Terraform, PowerShell, Python, Ansible). * Experience with DevOps practices and cloud resource management. * Knowledge of HW, OS, and storage technologies. * Proficient with RDBMS memory architecture and associated tuning techniques. * Proficiency in various scripting languages. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and ability to work in abstract situations. * Understanding of capacity management concepts and techniques. * Demonstratable knowledge on DB tuning tools. * Fluent in English (written and spoken). * Team player with a multicultural approach and a proactive, innovative attitude. **What we can offer you:** -------------------------- * Get rewarded with competitive remuneration, individual and company annual bonus, vacation and holiday paid time off, health insurances and other competitive benefits. * Work hybrid at our Bogota office. * Professional development to broaden your knowledge and enhance your skills with online learning hubs packed with technical and soft skills training that allow you to develop and grow. * Enter a diverse and inclusive workplace, join one of the world’s top travel technology companies and take on a role that impacts millions of travelers around the globe. **Application process:** ------------------------ The application process takes no longer than 10 minutes!
