On-site technical assistance and support Systems technician or technologist, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in this role or similar position Resident of MARMATO or willing to relocate there Responsibilities Receiving, preparing, delivering, and shipping computing devices, tablets, mobile phones, peripherals, and other technological equipment Updating and maintaining software inventory and inventory of computing devices, peripherals, printers, spare parts, videoconferencing rooms, etc. Providing on-site assistance and initial technical support, validating and installing spare parts in end-user equipment.
