Candidate Profile We Seek: Graduate professional in administrative, finance-related, or similar fields Minimum 1 year of experience in financial institutions, in commercial areas (payroll-deductible loans) Knowledge of products such as payroll-deductible loans and Certificates of Deposit (CDTs) (traditional and digital) Results-oriented, team player, and excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities: Achieve assigned sales targets Advise and onboard clients to the bank's product portfolio Conduct external outreach for client acquisition and deal closure Provide high-quality personalized service Perform client follow-up and retention · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Work Modality: On-site (90% office / 10% external) Contract: Initial project-based contract, with possibility of direct conversion based on performance after the first 6 months Salary: Base salary: COP $2,050,000 + Transportation allowance + uncapped commissions (average between COP $4,500,000 and COP $6,000,000 depending on financial product placements), plus all statutory benefits. · Job stability is provided Join a growing team offering real professional development opportunities and highly competitive commissions!. -Requirements- Minimum Education: University Degree / Professional Program 1 year of experience Keywords: consultant, consultor, banker, bancario, banking, banquero, office, oficina
