This role is critical for bridging technical teams and users, ensuring correct product adoption and a consistent experience across documentation and content. Responsibilities Design and execute content strategy for technology products Translate technical concepts (APIs, integrations, workflows) into clear and accessible content Create and maintain technical documentation: guides, FAQs, knowledge base, SOPs Collaborate closely with product, development, and business teams Structure information architecture and content governance Manage documentation in tools such as Confluence, CMS, or other platforms Ensure content consistency, quality, and scalability Support product adoption processes and user experience Requirements +2 to 4 years in Content Strategy, Technical Writing, or similar roles in technology Experience in software, SaaS, or digital product environments Knowledge of Agile / SDLC Experience collaborating with technical teams (developers, PMs, product) Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Jira, CMS, Zendesk, or others Analytical ability and judgment to understand technical and functional workflows Differentiators (highly valued for attracting this profile) Experience documenting APIs or integrations Background in Technical Writing or UX Writing Experience in startups or tech companies Knowledge of technical SEO or content analytics Benefits Hybrid work model with flexibility Exposure to high-impact technology projects Close collaboration with product and development teams Collaborative culture focused on innovation. -Requirements- Minimum education: University Degree / Professional Program 2 years of experience Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, tecnologia, technologist, producto, product
