Position: Customer Service with focus on Logistics and Global Branding · City: Pereira – On-site · Purpose of the Position · We are seeking a Customer Service professional with advanced English proficiency and experience in customer service, direct communication, and commercial process support, to deliver clear and timely information to international customers and prospects, support data management, and facilitate related sales opportunities. · Main Responsibilities · Customer service via telephone and other communication channels. Provide proactive, clear, and solution-oriented service. Advise customers on updates, special offers, and services. Manage and update customer databases. Support commercial processes and facilitate sales opportunities. Meet customer satisfaction metrics and response time targets. Basic to intermediate Excel skills for information control and tracking. · Profile Requirements · Advanced English (B2 or C1) – written and spoken (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in international environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer orientation, proactivity, and initiative. Ability to work towards objectives and collaboratively in teams.
