This opportunity is for you! We are looking for a results-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Junior Operations Supervisor. What will be your mission? Support operational management by ensuring smooth process execution, resource optimization, and customer satisfaction through coordination of technical teams and basic administrative management. Key Responsibilities Support preparation of quotations and unit price analysis (UPA). Manage inventories of tools, equipment, and materials. Coordinate and monitor technical staff. Maintain effective communication with customers and manage requests or complaints. Support supplier and service management. Participate in the preparation and control of the operational budget. Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes. Propose and implement actions to optimize time, cost, and service quality. Requirements University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields). Minimum 6 months of experience in operational areas (preferably in maintenance, construction, or facility management). Knowledge of: Quotations and UPA Office software proficiency (Excel, Google Workspace) Management systems (CMMS, CRM) Leadership, organizational, communication, and customer-oriented skills. Willingness to travel. Working Conditions Salary: Minimum Legal Monthly Wage (SMMLV) + statutory benefits + additional benefits Contract type: Fixed-term contract (6 months).
