A major corporate group requires a selection professional for its team to lead processes for our operations in the Coffee Axis region, primarily Cartago, executing activities with emphasis on recruitment, selection, administration of psychometric tests, and preparation of reports and documentation. The candidate must demonstrate strong achievement orientation, communication skills, and the ability to manage simultaneous processes nationwide. Academic Qualification: Minimum qualification: Technical degree in Human Resource Management or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Location: Active operational zones: Cartago, Pereira, and La Unión. Work Modality: On-site, with availability to travel as required for national and local process needs. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: $2.289.000 + transportation allowance of $249.050 and per diems as authorized. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Minimum Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience in such processes.
