Key Responsibilities: 1. Implements production plans and ensures product quality. 2. Maintains food safety and cleanliness protocols in the production area. 3. Operates machinery properly and manages inventories. Carries out and executes the production plan according to the production order and aligned with recipe specifications. Keeps the production area orderly and clean, and adheres to food safety protocols during food preparation. Operates machines and utensils properly according to instructions, catalogs, or technical sheets. Dispatches only conforming products. Prepares the raw material requisition list. Keeps the production and inventory control form up to date. Cleaning and disinfection protocol. Reports any equipment variations. Complies with the company's internal regulations. Reports any variations regarding raw materials.
