




Job Summary: Responsible for executing the production plan, preparing quality products, maintaining the production area, and controlling inventory, ensuring food safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Executes the production plan and prepares high-quality products. 2. Keeps the production area clean and complies with food safety protocols. 3. Controls inventory and raw materials. Carries out and implements the production plan. Prepares products according to recipes, meeting all requirements specified therein. Maintains order and cleanliness in the production area and adheres to food safety protocols during food preparation. Operates machinery and utensils appropriately per instructions, catalogs, or technical sheets. Dispatches only conforming products. Prepares the raw material requisition list. Keeps the production and inventory control forms up to date. Performs cleaning maintenance on equipment and ovens according to area-specific and cleaning & disinfection protocols. Reports any equipment malfunctions. Complies with internal company policies. Reports any deviations concerning raw materials.
